This steam generator has the same shape of mod. 172 but boiler of 7 lt inside. It' scomplete of two irons and it's ideal for confections, shirt factories and tailor's. Easy to use and to install it allows to iron for several hours thanks to the inside electropump that supplyies the boiler of water.Furthermore the pressure inside the boiler is higher ( 4,5 bar ) and it supplyies a dry steam with higher temperature.The machine can be connected to the water plant or to a tank.

The working cyles are completely automatic, two pneumatic pliers assure a perfect tension of the sleeves and of the two timers for air and steam .
Thanks to its easy working and to the few operations to do the machine can be used by unskilled staff too. The iron is made by a steam jet that made the item becomes soft and by a hot air jet that made it perfectly ironed.
The working cycles can be easly regualted by a timer in accordance with the various clothes to iron. The bust of the former can be regulated 360° making its use easy.We advice to support these machines with ironing tables or presses for the final touches.

LTS 12 is the smallest manual presses in our range. Because of their strong pressure, concentrated into small plates, they are particularly suitable for transferring smaller motifs onto t-shirts, sweatshirts, trousers, bags and many more.
The freestanding supporting plate of each press allows you to mount textiles easily in one ply, only the fabric part to be printed will lie on the supporting plate
Thus, prints previously applied onto the textile will be spared and creases impairing the printing result (usually caused by two plies) can be avoided.
During the transfer process, the smooth-running pressure arm will automatically click into place, so that you don’t have to hold it down all the time. The pressure can be continuously adjusted by hand. To release the pressure arm, just lift it approximately 2 cm. Then the inbuilt spring mechanism will hoist the heating plate automatically and you don’t have to use any strength to raise it.
The clearly arranged digital display allows you to comfortably set and control transfer time and operating temperature. Thanks to the electronic heat control, an even and constant operating temperature is guaranteed.

Hand operated LTS 14 is a special cap press, very practical for this use and easy to operate. The caps can be fast and easily mounted, clamped and printed.
